Wedding DJ song requests and planning app

Guests request songs from their phones, the couple plans the whole night before it starts, and you walk in with a run of show and a one-page cheat sheet.

What you get at a wedding

  • The couple's planning page: names and how to say them, every moment, music for each part of the day
  • A run of show in order, plus a one-page cheat sheet emailed to you the morning of the wedding
  • MC scripts in English, Spanish or both that pop up when you load the song
  • The couple hands out VIP request links to family and the wedding party
  • Their do-not-play list is enforced: guests can't request those songs

VIP links

Give the couple, parents, the wedding party and grandparents their own request link: their songs go to the top of your list, with a dedication on the screen.

How it works

  1. Create the party

Pick the Wedding look and send VIP links, and the couple's planning link.

  2. Put up the booth screen

Guests scan the code on it and request songs from their phones.

  3. Play

Requests show up ranked next to your decks and are marked played as you go.

Questions about weddings

Do the couple need an account?

No. They get a personal link to their planning page. Each partner has their own link to the same plan, and you see every change.

Can I lock the plan before the wedding?

Yes. Lock it from your console when it's final; the couple can still read it but not change it, and you can still edit.

Does it work for bilingual weddings?

Yes. The couple picks English, Spanish, or both, and the MC scripts and pronunciations follow.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. They scan the code on the booth screen with their phone's camera, or type a six-letter code at partycue.app.

Which DJ software does it work with?

Serato DJ Pro on a Mac gets a menu-bar app that shows who asked when you load a request and marks songs played. Requests also land in an Apple Music or Spotify Requests playlist, and the console works on any laptop or iPad.
