Terms
Terms of Service
These terms cover PartyCue: the website at partycue.app, the guest request pages, the DJ console, the Mac app and the DJ bridge. PartyCue is operated by NautiSignal, LLC (Miami, Florida). By using PartyCue you agree to them.
Using PartyCue
Guests can use the request page at any party that uses PartyCue. DJs need an account and are responsible for their parties and the people they invite. Don't use PartyCue to break the law, to harass anyone, or to get into parts of it you weren't given access to.
What you may not do
You may not copy, modify or make your own version of PartyCue or any part of it; decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the website, apps or bridge, or try to get their source code, except where the law expressly allows it; collect content or data from PartyCue with bots, scrapers or other automated tools, other than search engines and AI assistants indexing or citing our public pages; use PartyCue, its content or its data to train or instruct an artificial intelligence model to reproduce or imitate it; or use PartyCue to design, build or benchmark a competing product.
Who owns PartyCue
PartyCue, including its software, design, text and the PartyCue name and logo, belongs to NautiSignal, LLC. Using PartyCue gives you a limited, revocable permission to use it as intended, not ownership of any of it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your content
Requests, notes, plans and recordings you add stay yours. You let us store and show them as needed to run your party, as our privacy page explains.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep PartyCue running, but it is provided as is, without warranties, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, NautiSignal, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using PartyCue at any time.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
