PartyCue

Text alerts

Know when your song is up next

At a party that uses PartyCue, a guest who requests a song can ask to be told the moment the DJ has it on deck. Most phones get a notification. Guests who prefer it can get a text message or a WhatsApp message instead.

Who sends them

PartyCue, a song request service for DJs, operated by NautiSignal, LLC (Miami, Florida). Every text comes from PartyCue's own number, not from the DJ or the hosts.

How guests sign up

Only the guest can sign up, on the party's request page, after asking for a song. Nobody can add someone else's number, and nothing is sent to a guest who didn't ask. The guest types their mobile number, chooses text or WhatsApp, and taps Text me under this statement, shown right above the button:

For WhatsApp the statement reads:

Right after a guest signs up for texts, PartyCue sends one confirmation: “PartyCue: You're in! We'll text you when your song is up next at Ana & Luis's Wedding. Up to 10 texts, this party only. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

What we send

No marketing, no promotions, nothing after the party.

How often

Only while the party is on, only about the guest's own requests and messages, and never more than 10 messages per guest per party.

Stopping them

Reply STOP to any text and they stop at once. Reply HELP for help. On WhatsApp, reply STOP or block PartyCue. A guest can also turn them off on the request page. Message and data rates may apply.

Your number

We use it only for these alerts. We never sell it or share it for marketing, and it is deleted once the party is over. The details are on our privacy page.
